The tour was good and informative when we were on the bus. The stops could be more clearly marked but overall the service was as expected. However, the service ends at 7 pm on the dot even if you are already on the bus they do not complete the loop. The driver stops wherever they are on the route and has every passenger disembark the bus. That left my family and I in a neighborhood we did not know at 7 pm. We have taken these kind of bus tours in other cities in the world and we have never been asked to leave the bus before completing the loop. While the service was solid having been left in the middle of the city was not ideal.

I would strongly advise everyone to buy the tickets directly on the Frida Kahlo museum website!!! I was overcharged maybe %100 compered the tickets on the museum official website. But heads out are not the worst..we originally bought the tickets with TripAdvisor and they charged us nearly three times more!!! We obviously cancelled it. And another thing, THERE IS NO SUCH A THING AS "SKIP THE LINE". You have to que anyway. Make sure you protect yourself, as you can be waiting directly on the sun. The museum staff offered umbrellas for people without any huts.

All I can say is that the experience was incredible, from the secure purchase of tickets, the ease of access to the house, and the wonderful and incredible experience of delving into the life of the Kahlo family, learning about their thoughts, customs, and daily life through each element displayed in the house. It is extraordinary to go back to that era with such richness and nostalgia at the same time, but also with so much art and love for Mexico.

My experience with Turibus was pretty good. We book the trip in Polanco area for 16€/person for one day & as soon as reached the front desk in the meeting point, they printed our tickets, put on us the special paper bracelet and told us that we could do any other trip from the 4 different that they provide- even all - if we had the time and the mood to do in that specific day we had booked for. So, we caught the turibus -yellow line for Polanco , that actually was quite late on the meeting point , as we were there at 12:45 and it appeared at 14:00, and we circled the area in 50'. As soon as we came back to the meeting point and the trip was too short, we cought the bus for the historical center- red line- that we noticed that it passes very often , and started the tour for Zocalo and back ... And as soon as hotel was close to the neighborhood of Zona Rosa , we jumped off the bus at a stop it made close to our place. The only I could say to passengers to have in their minds is to have a jacket if the temperature of the weather is less than 20'C and be mind the trees' branches that sometimes can kick your head off, for those ones who have a seat on the top outdoor space of the bus. Turibus service is Recommended !

My visit was special thanks to you. I woke up with the idea of going to the Frida Kahlo Museum. At my hotel reception, they told me it was IMPOSSIBLE to get in without having bought a ticket many weeks in advance. However, Headout saved the day and got me a ticket for that same day, something that seemed totally out of reach. The process was quick, clear, and hassle-free. In a few minutes, I had my ticket confirmed and was able to enjoy an experience that I would otherwise have missed. Thanks to them, not only did I get into the museum, but I was able to do so without stress and with the peace of mind that everything was in order. A truly efficient, reliable service designed with the traveler in mind. Headout turned a frustration into one of the best moments of my trip. I would definitely use them again.

The ticket is to avoid lines and we need to stay in a huge one , the house is perfect, cozy, well organized but only two pieces of Frida. Deserve more. But the experience it was unique and special we breath the air and understand more about her .
