Discover Atins: Complete 4x4 Tour with Lagoons and Canto do Atins

Departure to the boarding point begins at 8:00 AM, returning before sunset. Our tour features a 4x4 vehicle and a certified local driver/guide for a full-day, immersive experience within the Lençóis Maranhenses. In the morning, our first stop is at a freshwater lagoon for a refreshing swim—the guide will determine how long we stay to make the most of the visit. Next, we head to Canto do Atins Beach. During the rainy season, you might also enjoy a dip in the seasonal cascades that form around the Bonzinho or Ponta do Mangue areas (subject to weather conditions). After swimming in the sea, we will pause for lunch either in Canto do Atins or in Atins village—please follow your guide’s recommendations for dining options. Following lunch, we will take a short 4x4 drive to explore the charming village of Atins, followed by another stop at a lagoon for an afternoon swim. Finally, we will begin our return journey, with an estimated arrival back in town between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
