Visites gastronomiques en Florence

Bien qu'ayant choisi la visite en espagnol, le groupe était mixte en anglais, espagnol et italien. Cependant, le guide qui accompagnait le groupe a donné des explications dans les trois langues. Il n'y a que dans les deux caves que nous avons visitées que l'on ne parlait que l'anglais ou l'italien. Les 2 visites de caves étaient bonnes, avec une petite dégustation de pain à l'huile d'olive et 3 vins dans chaque cave (vins d'entrée).

Au début, je n'ai pas reçu de confirmation par courriel, mais lorsque j'ai demandé, j'ai reçu et tout a fonctionné pour le cours de cuisine. La facilité avec laquelle les chefs ont donné les instructions, la camaraderie et l'acceptation des participants.

The class started later than expected so we were there for 4+ hours. Everyone in the class was great, including the teachers. The chance to learn how to make pasta from scratch in Florence was really nice. We learned some really nice tricks in the kitchen and hope to implement them at home.

It was really fun. Only two families attended the class, which was held in a small setting. The chef was quite pleasant to work with and made the experience memorable. We made homemade pizza and watched the chef make gelato with a few students' help.

Our market tour was a delightful journey through the Florence Central market. We sincerely appreciated the interactive nature of the class, which allowed us to ask questions and learn new skills. The highlight, of course, was savoring the fruits of our labor as we sat down to enjoy the delicious meal we had prepared together. The flavors, aromas, and the shared camaraderie made the dining experience truly special and unforgettable. Overall, our Florence market tour and cooking class surpassed all expectations. It was a perfect blend of cultural exploration, culinary education, and immersive enjoyment. Great tour and the tour guide was wonderful. He did a wonderful job of explaining the wine business and was very patience with us. He assisted the guests with purchasing tickets for the trampoline and check through the bus to see if any things was left back.

Il y a eu une erreur et nous avons été embarqués avec un groupe d'Espagnols. Le guide a été très serviable et s'est arrangé pour nous faire monter dans le bon bus. De plus, nous avons été très bien assis. Je recommande ce voyage, car il est très bien organisé et les guides sont très serviables.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec le chef Tommaso et nous avons hâte de tester nos nouvelles compétences en matière de pâtes une fois rentrés à la maison. Le gelato frais était délicieux. A recommander vivement.
