Age limit: Do not book if you are under 5 or over 59, as only ages 5–59 can join.

SUP age limit: Do not select the SUP option if you are 60 or older, as SUP is only available up to age 59.

Alcohol: Do not join the tour after drinking spirits.

Pregnancy: Pregnant travelers are advised not to join this tour.

Health conditions: People with heart conditions or back problems are advised not to join.

Pets: Pets are not suitable for this tour and should not be brought along.

Strollers: Strollers are not suitable for this tour and should not be brought.

Pickup booking time: Arrange hotel pickup by 5:00 PM the day before your tour.

Meeting point: If not using pickup, meet at Euglena Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal next to the red mailbox at the central entrance.

Meeting details: Expect your exact meeting time and place by message the day before your tour.

Timing: Tour times may shift slightly depending on tide and weather conditions.

Luggage: Do not bring large luggage on the tour, as it cannot be stored, and use coin lockers at the ferry terminal if needed.

Showers: You can use a nearby hot-shower room after the tour, but personal amenities are not included.

Weather: The tour operates in light rain, but unsafe conditions may lead to weather-related cancellation or date change.

Guides: Tours are guided in English and/or Japanese by certified water rescuers.
