What to bring

• Clothing for water: Wear a swimsuit under clothes you don't mind getting wet before you arrive.
• Extra layers: Wear leggings or long pants that can get wet and dirty for the cave section.
• Sun protection: Bring sunscreen to protect yourself during the beach SUP session.
• Hydration: Bring drinking water to stay hydrated throughout this full-day tour.
• Towel: Bring your own towel, as towels are not provided on this experience.

What's not allowed

• Age restrictions: This experience is only suitable for guests aged 7 to 59 years.
• Pets: Pets are not suitable for this experience, so please do not bring them.
• Pregnancy and heart conditions: This tour is not recommended if you are pregnant or have heart conditions.
• Alcohol use: You cannot participate in the tour if you have been drinking spirits.
• Strollers: Strollers are not suitable for the terrain and are not allowed on this tour.
• Cave photography: Photography inside Pumpkin Cave is limited to the entrance area only.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair access: This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to the terrain and cave access.
• Stroller access: The tour is not stroller accessible, so infants in strollers cannot join.

Additional information

• Age limit: Participation is limited to guests between 7 and 59 years old.
• Pumpkin Cave access: Access to Pumpkin Cave is by canoe and depends on the tide level.
• Tide conditions: Start times may change if the tide is above 90 cm, so please check your final confirmation.
• Tour structure: This full-day tour includes a break between activities, but lunch is not included.
• Hotel pickup: Hotel pickup is available on request; please contact us after booking. Depending on bookings, we may ask you to meet us at the activity site.
• Meeting details: The meeting place and time will be confirmed the day before your tour.
• Restrooms: There are no restrooms at the activity site, so please use one beforehand.
• Weather conditions: The tour operates in light rain, but it may be canceled if conditions are judged unsafe.
• Guide language: Tours are guided in English and/or Japanese, depending on the group.
• Parking: If you drive to the site, a parking fee of 1,000–2,000 yen may apply depending on the field.
• Safety standards: All guides are certified water rescuers and the operator is Okinawa certified.
• Photo service: Your guide will take photos during the tour and share the data with you afterward.

• Guide language: Tours are guided in English and/or Japanese.
