Le bureau d'information du château a dit qu'il s'agissait peut-être d'un billet frauduleux, je sais que Headout fait de son mieux et que ce n'est pas sa faute en tant qu'entreprise.

Ce qui était indiqué dans l'avis de contravention n'a pas été respecté n'a pas été respecté : - pas de boisson de bienvenue et pas de choix de plat : on nous a seulement fait choisir entre café/thé/cappuccino (nous avons demandé un chocolat chaud mais on nous l'a refusé) et on nous a proposé un dessert "typique" sans autre choix - la visite prévue n'a été possible qu'après notre demande (le hall d'exposition était déjà fermé) et sans aucun soutien logistique - personnel peu coopératif
