I was in your park on September 20, 2025 (the last hot day of summer). What everyone says is true. You need at least two days to see and experience everything in this park. There is no best ride, they are all great starting with the roller coaster where there are several. All the staff there are friendly, courteous and helpful. Even in the lottery store. The lady was courteous and helped me fill out my lottery ticket. My conclusion: a great day all round. You have to experience it. Kind regards from Achim

It was extremely hot. At these temperatures, the water temperature in the public toilets had to be set to cold. This was not the case everywhere. People should be able to fill up their water bottles with drinking water free of charge (with park admission) in hot weather. Better still: refill stations outside the toilets. Otherwise it was very nice.

I don't know of any amusement park that is as perfect in every detail as this one - friendly staff, incredibly well-kept facilities, wonderful creative rides, relatively short waiting times, plenty of shady spots, good and varied snacks - we've been there three times now as a family and will be back.

Getting there

If driving, follow the signs to Europa-Park from the A5 autobahn, taking exit 57 for 'Rust' and heading directly towards the park’s main entrance. The entrance is prominently marked by large Europa-Park signage, with ample parking available in the adjacent lots, including the VIP and accessible parking spaces. For those arriving by public transport, the park is well-connected via the Rust train station, which is just a short 10-minute walk from the entrance.

Once you arrive at the entrance, you'll find clear signs guiding you to the ticket redemption area, where you can present your printed or digital ticket for entry. The entrance area is efficiently managed with dedicated staff who will help you through the quick security check. It's also the perfect spot to pick up a park map and brochures to plan your day.
