Main entrance (Parkhaven)
The official entrance to the Euromast is located at Parkhaven 20, right on the Parkhaven peninsula. Look for the prominent Euromast signage and landscaped plaza. The entrance is step-free and equipped with automatic doors. Elevators provide access to the main observation deck and restaurant at 96–100 meters. Please note: while the main deck and restaurant are accessible by lift, the final ascent to the highest viewing point (Euroscoop) and some upper outdoor areas require navigating a small set of stairs, which may not be suitable for all wheelchair users. Staff are available to assist if needed.
- Regular hours: April to September, open daily from 9:30am to 10:00pm. October to March, open daily from 10:00am to 10:00pm.
- Last entry: Final admission is generally about one hour before closing, though this can vary by platform, attraction, or facility.
- Special hours/closures: The Euromast operates year round but hours may change for maintenance or private events. Public holidays such as Christmas and New Year’s Day follow adjusted schedules, so checking the official website is advised. Abseiling is available on weekends from May to September only, and the restaurant requires separate reservations, especially during peak periods.
