Get ready for an exciting experience in the wineries located among the rolling hills of Palermo’s countryside. Begin your visit with a pleasant naturalistic walk through the breathtaking vineyard spread over acres of land and enjoy the smell and picturesque beauty of the Sicilian countryside, one of the favorites of Emperor Frederik II of Swabia.
As you wander through the vineyards, you will reach the square-shaped cellar, a typical Sicilian Baglio spreading over 600 square metres of land. Here, you’ll explore the fascinating world of wine, farm life, and techniques of wine tasting. Continue walking through the winemaking area, the bottling area, and the refining room to discover the whole process of wine production and try the variety of wines directly from the tanks and oak barrels. Conclude your experience with a brunch at a verandah overlooking the orchard or in the tasting room of the cellar. Savor the goodness of 5 typical Sicilian appetizers accompanied by a fruity bouquet of red wine and a fresh white wine typical of the hilly territory.
