COVID-19 Safety Measures

• All cars are fully disinfected before every tour

• Tour guides are equipped with personal protective equipment including a mask, face shield, hydro-alcoholic gel

• The tour guide will have contact numbers of health authorities and medical centers

• The guide will implement practices to prevent virus transmission (social distancing, hygiene, etc)

• Sanitation items are available upon request (you will have to pay for these separately). Make sure to bring your own face mask for safety purposes

Important Information

• Make sure to carry with you the following: a camera, a jacket and sun protection

• Wear comfortable footwear (i.e. trekking/running shoes)

• It is highly recommended that you bring your own face mask and sanitation items

• Kindly note that the tour will start at 2.45am for the trek briefing in the base camp. Hotel pick-up starts at 1am depending on your hotel's location.

Itinerary

• 2:00 AM: Hotel pick-up (location dependent)

• 3:30 AM: Arrive at the base

• 3:35 AM: Start Mount Batur hike

• 5:40 AM: Summit the volcano and watch sunrise with a hot drink and breakfast

• 7:00 AM: Trek back to the parking lot

• 8:30 AM: Coffee break at the Tegalalang Rice Terraces

• 11:30 AM: Estimated time of arrival back to your hotel (earlier if in Ubud)

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly

• Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID to your guide

• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid student IDs

Hotel Transfers

• This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs

• While booking, please provide the name of your hotel

• This is applicable to all hotels in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Sanur, Kerobokan, Canggu, Nusa Dua, and Ubud

• Extra charge for pick up from Lovina, Amed, Tulamben 150K/Pax, Candidasa 100K/Pax

• The driver will contact you the evening before your activity date to confirm the exact time

• The tour guide will only wait a maximum of 10 minutes for you before proceeding to the next stop

• If your hotel is not in the pickup zone, you will be provided with the nearest pickup location

• On the day of your tour, please arrive at your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time

• If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of your hotel

• If you are headed to a meeting point, we would like to stress that heavy traffic in the mornings is expected, and can vary greatly when compared to the travel time stated in navigation apps (e.g. Google Maps, Waze, etc.). Please make sure to leave with enough time to reach your destination
