It was amazing, you can feel the love and carring of the Elf.

Brought my twins (7yo) and honestly, I was just as excited as they were! The elves were SOOOOO into character, totally believable. The cookie decorating was a HIT, especially after that little dance they taught us. Heads up, if your kid doesn’t get English or Finnish, you’ll prob need to help out. It was packed but didn’t feel rushed, which I liked. The snowmobile pick-up was a fun touch, made us feel like VIP elves. Very festive, even for grownups. Worth every cent.

Pretty cute setup! My son was over the moon about meeting REAL elves (he’s convinced now). The little hats and certificates were adorable. Only thing—some bits were hard to follow for non-English speakers, but the team tried to include everyone. Cookie time was messy but fun. Bring gloves, the walk from the snowmobile is chilly.

Whole family LOVED it. My wife and I thought it would just be for the kiddos but nope, we were all into it. The elves are great with nervous kids, and the story part is actually interesting (not just for show). My daughter kept her hat on the whole trip. If you’re in Rovaniemi and got kids, this is a winner.

Was ok. My son’s shy and didn’t wanna join the dance, so he felt a bit left out. Elves tried but group was big and he didn’t get much attention. Not bad, just not really our thing.

Food and beverages are not permitted inside the experience area.

Photography accessories such as cameras, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The program duration is approximately 30 minutes.

Arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time and check in with a staff member inside the Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park City Office (Koskikatu 8).

No pick-up or drop-off service is provided; you must make your own way to the meeting point.

Missed meeting time and point will result in a missed experience and will not be refunded.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours in advance; cancellations less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

The experience is suitable for all ages and conducted in English.

Travel insurance and other emergencies are not included.
