I visited the Santiago Bernabéu in August and finally fulfilled one of my biggest childhood dreams. I’m from Kyiv, Ukraine, and I have supported Real Madrid since I was a child, so seeing this legendary stadium in person was incredibly emotional. Even the first view of the pitch through the stadium window gave me goosebumps. Then, when you finally step inside, sit in the stands and look around, you can imagine the atmosphere here during a great match. The tour was very well organized, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the club. We discovered fascinating areas of the stadium, including the dressing room, the physiotherapy facilities, the players’ tunnel and the technical area. There was enough time to enjoy every moment and take photos, especially on the substitutes’ bench. For a Real Madrid supporter, this is much more than a stadium tour — it is a childhood dream becoming real. I would recommend it to every football fan, even if they do not support Madrid. I will definitely return for a match and would happily take the tour again with my friends, because this is the kind of experience you can enjoy more than once. ¡Hala Madrid!

Es claro que la institución Real Madrid, pues es claro que en estos aspectos su funcionamiento no es el de un club deportivo de jugadores en el césped, ha organizado con gran perfección un tour de visita que va a gustar a todo el mundo. Respecto a vuestra empresa 10 sobre 10 al guía. Buen chico, súper informado de la historia del Real Madrid que contaba. Conocedor de las instalaciones que visitábamos, de sus reglas y funcionamiento. Agradable y natural. Bien todo muy bien. Y conste que yo soy atlético.

A excellent tour ,With a fantastic guide who's knowledge was brilliant. Started on time and saw most of the stadium plus a bonus part where the VIPS sit and rent out the corporate seats. A very enjoyable 1 and half hours all about Real Madrid rich history.

The guide was excellent, friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about the team, history and the renovations to the stadium. The stadium is amazing and it was good to see all the trophies, the changing rooms, dugouts and pitch/staduim

Very well-researched and engaging—you can feel a sense of pride. Seeing the club's history, being in the team's dressing room, and sitting on the pitch in a Champions League player's or coach's seat—that is something truly special.

The Estadio Santiago Bernabeu tour was excellent and exceeded my expectations! I attended the English language tour on 10/8 with Osvan as my tour guide. He was very knowledgable about all things Real Madrid and the club graciously granted access to most parts of the stadium, including trophy rooms, dressing rooms, press sections, and pitch level. As a fan of football this is a must for anyone in the Madrid area and cannot recommend enough! Thanks to Osvan and all at Real Madrid for a spectacular experience. Hala Madrid!

Meet your guide in a small plaza near the bar Mar de Copas Madrid, where they’ll be holding an orange "ExperienceFirst" sign. After a brief introduction, your guide will lead the group through ticket validation and security before entering the stadium.

What’s not allowed

Pets are not allowed at the stadium or the museum.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the stadium or the museum.

Carrying large suitcases is prohibited, as there is no facility to store them during your tour.

Entering the museum under the influence of any substance is prohibited.

Smoking, drinking, carrying drones, selfie sticks, and tripods is prohibited.

Accessibility

The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Keep in mind that the tour route includes numerous flights of stairs.

Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.

Additional information

Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.

Due to security reasons, the stadium doesn’t have any storage facilities for luggage, wheelchairs, and so on.

The tour route may change due to the renovations and any events at the stadium. You’ll be informed of this change at the entrance, the ticket counter, or on the Real Madrid website.

On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.

You cannot access the stadium’s field during the tour.

Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
