Le parc aquatique dispose d'attractions ludiques et à forte sentation. Ouvert de midi à 20h. Possibilité de pique niquer dans certaines zones du parc. De Madrid, à partir de l'arret de Métro Moncloa, le bus 627 nous a deposé devant le parc. Très pratique. Nous etions 5. Le billlet nous coûté 25 eur et la consigne famille où on a pu ranger 3 sac à dos nous a couté 12€. La derniere nouveauté du oarc est incroyable. Sensation garantie ! Le personnel est sérieux, sympa et serviable. Nous avons passé unbon moment. 137 € pour 5 personnes, avec casier, hors transport, c'est un budget conséquent. Des reductions familles auraient été appréciées. Je recommande.

En 2023 compramos unas entradas para el Parque Warner de Madrid a través de Headout. Justo antes de la visita nos pusimos enfermos y no pudimos ir. Contactamos con Headout y, sin poner ningún problema, nos cambiaron las entradas por un crédito por el mismo importe que habíamos gastado. Han pasado tres años sin que lo usáramos, y ayer por fin pudimos canjear ese crédito por nuevas entradas para el Parque de Atracciones de Madrid. Una ventaja es que el crédito se puede canjear en cualquier destino o experiencia disponible en la web de Headout, no solo en el mismo evento original, ya que están presentes en todo el mundo. Todo el proceso fue sencillo y sin complicaciones, a pesar del tiempo transcurrido. Los recomiendo 100%. Estamos muy agradecidos por su flexibilidad y buen trato.

Great staff, very organised and well put together park. Could do with a new major thrill ride. Food was great, not much to complain about, but could have a more shaded seating areas and queue lines

Processo muito simples e sem burocracia. Muitos funcionários disponíveis para atendimento ao público, que estava baixo considerando que fui durante a semana. Mesmo assim, todos bem cordiais e com intuito de facilitar a vida dos clientes para que tivéssemos um dia agradável e de muita diversão.

Atracciones muy chulas nos ha encantado y entradas asequibles personal amable. Hay taquillas y puedes traer tu comida y hay zona de picnic nueva

El lugar tiene muchas opciones de toboganes impresionantes, tanto para niños como adultos. Las colas son muy largas pero merecen la pena.

Le hemos dado 3 estrellas porque el recinto estaba muy lleno. El tiempo de espera en las atracciones es más de media hora. Al final decidimos comprar el pase y con eso fue más rápido. Los baños no eran tan limpios como me los esperaba y el tiempo de espera en el patio de comidas es también muy grande. Al final estuvimos mucho más tiempo adentro del recinto de lo que habíamos pensado porque hemos perdido mucho tiempo en las fila.
