• Pets are not permitted on board the buses.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited on all buses.

Accessibility

• All buses are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible, with each bus able to accommodate one wheelchair at a time.

• Wheelchairs must not exceed 70cm in width, 120cm in length, and 135cm in height; please contact the operator in advance if you require assistance with a larger wheelchair.

Additional information

• You can join the tour at any stop and hop on or off as many times as you wish within your ticket validity.

• Tickets are valid for 24 hours from first use and can be redeemed using either a mobile or printed voucher at any stop along the routes.

• The tour operates daily with two shifts: 5:30am to 1:30pm and 4:00pm to 12:00am, with buses departing every 30 minutes and each route taking approximately 60 minutes to complete.

• The experience covers two integrated routes (Red and Green), stopping at 12 major attractions and over 30 landmarks across Medina.

• Audio commentary is available in 16 languages, and a special kids' commentary is also provided.

• Stop 11 (Al Hijaz Railway Station) is currently inaccessible due to construction work, and the railway museum is closed.

• Private tours with tailored routes and live guides are available for groups with advance reservation.
