The guide's commentary was great. And, it was so nice to be able to see the city while completely jetlagged--just sit on the bus and look at things, and make instant decisions about whether we wanted to get off the bus and see something rather than planning (we didn't, we were too tired that day). Gave us a great overview of places we did want to see later when we had more energy!

The ground staff were courteous; the driver was friendly, witty, and knowledgeable; the tour moved at a leisurely pace to allow us to appreciate each attraction; and we stopped at the most interesting spots.

Variety of sites. It was nice to have a couple of stops where there were some perks. nice to go to lunch and get a discount. Nice to goto a pub and get a free half-pint of Guiness. It would have been nice if there were more of that. It was disappointing that in order to go into some of the gift shops, one had to purchase a ticket to tour the facility. I know that is not really the responsibility of the tour bus company.
