We’ve already been to the Dungeons in Amsterdam and Hamburg. In Edinburgh, too, both the set design and the acting are top-notch. BUT: if you’re not a native English speaker, you won’t understand a word here! By comparison: in Amsterdam we understood pretty much everything, but here it was a total disaster, which is a real shame since the audience is international. But as I said: the actors and everything else are, as usual, world-class.

Live actor shows: Get pulled into twisted stories by plague doctors, witch hunters, and other creepy characters like Burke & Hare and Geillis Duncan. It’s spooky, ridiculous, and a little bit gross.

Immersive sets: Wander through atmospheric scenes with moody lighting, haunting sounds, and interactive moments that make you part of the madness.

Drop-dead ride: Feel the adrenaline rush as you plummet on the Drop Dead ride, a spine-chilling finale simulating a 30-meter fall at Edinburgh Dungeon’s Grassmarket gallows.
