• Due to certain restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Large bags and suitcases are not allowed on this experience.

• This experience is not wheelchair and pram/strollers accessible.

Additional information

• Each tuk tuk fits up to 4 people. If you’ve got more in your group, book extra tuk tuks to fit everyone comfortably.

• All tours begin and end at the same location, so it’s easy to find your way back once the ride is done.

• The route might change a bit on the day if there are road closures or demonstrations.

• In winter, tuk tuks come with rain and wind protection plus warm blankets, so you’ll stay cozy during the ride.

• If you’re more than 15 minutes late, the tour will be canceled and the payment won’t be refunded. Hence, it is recommended to arrive on time.

• There are photo stops on all tours. The 2-hour tour stops at the Temple of Debod, and the 3 and 4-hour tours stop at Las Ventas and Bernabeu Stadium.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
