The Blue Mosque trip was excellent, with just the right amount of time to understand. Hossain the guide spoke impeccable English was knowledgeable andat times amusing. A very likeable guide. The trip down to the Basillica Cistern was amazing, the enginering was incredible, really enjoyed it.

The information provided by the tour guide Hussain was great although information regarding the pick up point was very unhelpful and there was no one to ask. Why not just say in front of the ticket office opposite the main entrance to the mosque

What to expect

This guided visit focuses on the interior prayer hall and key architectural features of the Blue Mosque as an active place of worship.

Features

Gain entry to the Blue Mosque and walk into the main prayer area, where your guide points out significant elements of its design and layout as you move through the space.

Listen as your guided tour with a licensed English-speaking guide provides historical and architectural insights throughout, connecting what you see to the story of how and why the mosque was built.
