• Group boarding: Ensure your group checks in together to be seated on the same trolley.

• Ticket policy: Reservation-based tickets are non-refundable for this tour.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your tour by calling the provided number.

• Infants: Children aged 2 and under ride free when seated on an adult's lap.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
