Our Host, Ellen, was very welcoming, approachable, and friendly! She gave interesting pieces of information about the Eiffel Tower from various angles - architecture, public reception, historical context, technology, and various other interesting little tidbits, such as the stair race, or how the one female scientist's name that was to be put on the outside of the platform was sadly too long with its 7 whole letters, but fortunately soon there will be a whole lot of female scientists added to the second platform. Ellen was engaging and attentive, making sure we could all hear even in the winding queues. She readily answered questions, and her instructions were clear and precise. She was an excellent host and I'd love to participate in more tours with her!

Honestly, it was great! The guide was on time for the appointment (well indicated and explained when booking the activity). Unfortunately, I hadn't read it properly: the tour was in English. I didn't understand everything, but he took the trouble to translate some information for us (my father and me). At certain points, he offered to take pictures of us as a family. All in all, he was very nice and helpful. He was also organized: we climbed to the top of the Eiffel Tower without any problems and in good spirits. Many thanks again! We were at the meeting point on time and were even able to join the slightly earlier tour. Everything was well organized and we felt we were in good hands. On the way up to the tower, we were given lots of interesting information about the Eiffel Tower and the history of its construction. We were well guided to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower (we took the elevator to the top without a guide) and were able to stay there as long as we wanted. Tip: It is best to go to the toilet BEFORE the tour starts or wait until you are at the top of the tower (there is a public toilet and those in the restaurants), as the guides have a well-organized schedule. Overall a more worthwhile booking!

Kathie, our guide, was really skilled and inspiring to listen to and she helped to shorten the waiting time by telling about the history of the Eiffel Tower. A waiting time that you should be aware of when buying a ticket for the tour. You still have to stand in line at the ticket office. So book as early as possible.

I had no chance of reaching the meeting point on time due to the change in the metro timetable. I was contacted by phone because I wasn't at the meeting point. Beautiful experience that I would also repeat immediately! One never gets tired of seeing the Eiffel Tower especially when accompanied by an empathetic and helpful guide (even if , alas, he does not speak Italian like the vast majority of French people)who, after explaining the history of the tower in Spanish, English and French, escorted us to the second floor and then left us free to visit this wonder . From any floor and angle of the tower the view of Paris is breathtaking!!! All this without having stood in line for even a minute given the priority access.
