We had great visit to the Eiffel Tower. The girls at The Paris Lounge were very personable and most helpful. I am not all too tech savvy and was a bit un prepared upon arrival.They found my reservations and payments without any issues facilitating the process and getting our trip underway.Thanks again. It was my sons (6) first experince at the summit. Mine and my mums 2nd time. On the way to and up to 2nd floor, our lovely guide Emily was so friendly and good with the explanations. I had enough time for translation to Turkish for my son. The whole experince was smooth. I am so happy to have had purchased the tour. We were so fast (by skipping the long line). Recommend everyone who has little time in Paris but dreams about Eiffel.

Although we had our reservations at first because the QR codes didn’t match up, everything was perfectly organized. We had booked a visit to the Eiffel Tower and a boat tour on the Seine. The guide was on time, and we got a great explanation of how and when the Eiffel Tower was built, etc. The boat was already waiting, and if you missed it, the next one was leaving in just half an hour. It was perfectly organized. Thank you so much.

We ended up in an English-speaking group, but the guide—who didn’t speak French—kindly directed us to a group led by a French guide, who welcomed us along with three other French visitors. This allowed us to benefit from the guide’s very informative explanations all the way to the summit.

Please note that you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. We recommend confirming summit access upon arrival if you'd like to upgrade. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.
