I liked the possibility of finding tickets for access to the upper part of the tour eiffel even when the ufifcial ticket office sells them out, days in advance. Unfortunately, I was late for my appointment with the steward and was not able to use the tickets, and thisot in my opinion constitutes the negative point of your proposal: if for any reason a customer is late, he should have the possibility to download the tickets on his cell phone, because he has already paid for them anyway. The customer should never be punished. I don't think I will use such a service anymore, which jeopardizes a not-insignificant expense.

This was the third time we'd visited the Tower but the first time we'd had a 'tour' and it made such a difference. Ruth was very professional, super friendly and knowledgeable about the tower and its history and current relevance in Parisian culture. She spoke in French and English to our group and she asked us lots of questions which made it fun. We also wanted to go on top - and she arranged that too. I'd highly recommend this tour and we saw the sun set from the top while drinking champagne - it was beautiful!

idk if was good value for money - for some reason I was expecting to skip the line. But, Temmy has been great. Caring, extroverted, involved and strong willed, as much as the other guys leading the other groups. She never stopped giving us explanations about the "delays" as we were all expecting some kind of priority access. Dear Bonbon tours, make sure these guides get the respect they deserve, and don't create too much expectation in your customers.

You are assured of a ticket to the upper level which is what we wanted, maybe going earlier we would have gotten it at the ticket office since there were some available but while we were in line the sale was closed. The guide experience was fine, but you have to line up anyway as it doesn't give you any priority access. The tour started at 19:30 at the meeting point and by the time we got to the elevators it was 21:00.

The guide was great and entertaining. Well organized. Prices in the store at the meeting point cheaper than in the Champs Élysées, for example. Friendly. It was a pity that the top floor was closed and we only had a ticket to the 2nd floor. When the top floor opened, we didn't have the right ticket. We paid for the top floor. Therefore 1 star deduction.

Our guide was very polite and knowledgeable but when we arrived on the 2nd floor, non of the other party was going to the summit. This is where our guide left us, pointed us in the direction of the summit and when we returned was nowhere to be seen. I felt my partner and I missed out on finding out more about the scenery that we were looking at.

Well-organized tour, guild meeting on time. Little waiting to climb the Eiffel Tower. The only downside was that the tour was in English. It wasn't indicated on the advert. Fortunately, I understood a few words. The boat tour, very good, multilingual. Best regards.
