⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visiting the Eiffel Tower was an absolute highlight of our trip to Paris and an altogether unforgettable experience! Meeting up at the agreed meeting point also went completely smoothly, so we felt well taken care of right from the start. Our guide deserves a very special shout-out! He was incredibly friendly, warm, and humorous. With his easygoing, fun personality, he immediately put everyone in a great mood. At the same time, the tour was extremely informative and exciting. We learned plenty of interesting facts and stories about the Eiffel Tower and Paris, which made the visit even more special. You could genuinely tell how much joy and passion he puts into his work! The reserved access with the elevator was also very convenient. Once we reached the top, we were rewarded with a breathtaking panoramic view across all of Paris. OMG.. this was the most amazing thing I have seen.. it was amazing. the dancers, the colours the entertainment was next level. The experience of purchasing through Headout made everything so easy especially when I haven't travelled overseas in mearly 20 years and that was before the internet and online purchasing was even a thing.. Once in Paris the communication was great. All question were responded to right away. Our tour guide Andrei was amazing. So knowledgeable, kind, and attentive he made our last day in Parisnperfect. I would book another tour with this company in the future. He walked us step by step. If I would change anything it would be to give a little more detail about the tour before hand. I didn't realize we could have taken the river cruise any day and it would have been nice to know the different times of the cruises. But it all work out amazingly.

Our guide Charlie is highly commendable that I'm so grateful to him. We got lost and unable to find the meeting place. My husband and I gave up and count it as a loss and decided to just go to Eiffel solo. Then Charlie called me and gave instructions to meet him at the Eiffel. It was our first time in Paris, and we wanted to go up the Eiffel Tower safely and without long waits. Booking through headhout was a huge help. From meeting the host to having champagne at the top of the tower, everything went off without a hitch. It was an amazing experience!!! It's just a shame that despite over 2 million visitors from Germany, guided tours are only offered in English.

Good tour however guide didn't come to the summit with us. Also poor communication regarding change of venue resulting in delayed start and additional walking to meet guide. Headout admin team refused to acknowledge that there was a venue change - comms need to improve

Additional information

Each year, the top of the Eiffel Tower closes for maintenance and renovations. It will be closed from 5th January, 2026.

Please note that you will not be able to access the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower.

This tour can accommodate a maximum of 20 people in 1 group.

Expect to stand in line for a security check at entry, which can take between 2 to 4 hours during peak season.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor access will be provided.

Waiting times are to be expected for a security check when you enter.
