The tour guide was really friendly and knowledgeable, and he asked us questions... plus he was really nice. I didn't like the fact that the very expensive ticket price didn't include skip-the-line access—we waited in line for almost an hour, and I could have bought the ticket there for much less than spending 114 euros and still having to wait in line; that didn't seem fair to me. I haven’t checked Pirtoppp yet, but next time I definitely won’t choose you, just for that reason alone.

Bad publicity!! Avoid this! We couldn't reach the summit, despite what the website says and what the guide told us! The price without a guide is much cheaper! The guide was good, but it's not worth the price!

The guide explained the history and interesting facts about the tower, and we stopped to admire the view while trying to spot the other monuments and buildings; we didn't have to wait in line.

This experience involves a lot of walking and climbing. It's highly recommended that you wear comfortable walking shoes in order to fully enjoy this experience.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

This tour is not accessible for individuals with mobility impairments.

The summit is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

This tour doesn’t include skipping the line. Your tickets are arranged in advance (no ticket-office queue), but this is not skip-the-line and security-check waiting times may still occur.

It is recommend allowing extra time before your next activity to ensure you make the most of your Eiffel Tower experience.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

As per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to include the summit, you'll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other 2 floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
