Our tour Guide Nihad was excellent. He had through knowledge about Eiffel tower & things to see from Eiffel tower. He had nice knowledge to attract tourists attention

Our tour guide Abigail was very knowledgeable and had a great personailty, making the walk to the Tower very enjoyable and interesting. The tour was a great addition to the experience of visiting the tower and it was very easy using the ticket, far better than getting a ticket directly from the tower. We really enjoyed the experience.

The tour was reasonably well arranged but a bit chaotic you just stand in line as a group for the tickets and have to go through a security check making it sometimes difficult to keep the group together. This all worked out well in the end and the guide was friendly and talked about the history of the eifel tower while waiting.

It was the first time we had visited the Eiffel Tower so having a guide was helpful to learn more about the attraction. Also we think the queuing time ended up being less than other options.
