The tour to the Eiffel Tower was simply amazing... At the beginning, we were a bit skeptical because we didn't really want to book a guided tour, but everything was just great. Our guide was incredibly friendly and funny; he paused at the right places and told us not only about the Eiffel Tower but also about many things around it. The fact that he acted as a photographer for the group members in front of the Eiffel Tower was also really awesome... because that's how the most beautiful photo of our entire vacation was taken! Thank you so much once again for that. He conducted the entire tour in English, but since my husband unfortunately speaks little to no English, he kept taking short pauses so I could translate everything he said for my husband. All in all, a great experience. I can only advise everyone to book through this agency. You definitely won't regret it.

I recently booked a sightseeing experience through Headout for a client, and overall the process was smooth and reliable. The website is easy to navigate, with clear descriptions of each activity and instant confirmation once payment is made. I appreciated the transparency on inclusions and meeting points, which made planning simpler. That said, I think Headout could improve by providing more detailed guidance on what to expect at the venue itself—things like approximate wait times or insider tips would add real value. Customer support (Alex in chat window, I mean :) was responsive when I had a minor query, which gave me confidence in the booking. My client will enjoy the experience without any hiccups, so I’d definitely consider using Headout again, especially if they continue refining the on‑ground information.

Had a fantastic time. Our guide was Kenny. She was really great. She told us lots of very interesting facts and had us all laughing and guessing answers to questions. Very entertaining. Having a guide also allowed us to go in at a set time without having to wait in long queues for security and lifts. The views from the very top were amazing. Had to wait about ten minutes for the lift to the top, but so worth it. There are gift shops and places to get drinks and snacks, including sandwiches and rolls. This was definitely the hi light of our trip to Paris. Would definitely recommend doing this tour.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the Eiffel Tower. The whole experience was well organized, and the highlight was having such a kind and considerate guide. They were very helpful, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the visit. The guide shared interesting information about the Eiffel Tower and helped make the experience even more memorable. It was a fantastic day and a beautiful way to discover one of Paris’s most iconic landmarks.

-Online booking: 10 out of 10 👍🏾 -The English, French, and Spanish tours—world-class. -The VIP entrance for tickets booked as part of a group—priceless; no waiting, no long lines. -Then the ride up in the elevator—exciting and a real thrill. The cherry 🍒 on top was reaching the top of the Eiffel Tower—an amazing experience I can only recommend to everyone, even people with a fear of heights; the ride is super safe.

Our tour guide was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the Eiffle Tower and the history and some interesting information pertaining to the area surrounding the Eiffle Tower and the city itself. The trip to the second floor and summit exceeded my expectations, especially celebrating with some champagne at the summit and 1664 beer and a crepe on the 2nd floor. The views were great and experience breath taking.

Good tour however guide didn't come to the summit with us. Also poor communication regarding change of venue resulting in delayed start and additional walking to meet guide. Headout admin team refused to acknowledge that there was a venue change - comms need to improve

Booking this was very smooth, and the information provided before the activity was great. The guide was very knowledgeable and engaging, and the entry process was simple. A bit hazy, but the Eiffel Tower still delivers a fantastic experience.

Pepe was a great tour guide. He explained and talked about many details on the way to the Tower. And he waited for us at the meeting point and helped us get there. At the Tower, everything was very easy, safe, and accessible. Thank you very much.
