It was my sons (6) first experince at the summit. Mine and my mums 2nd time. On the way to and up to 2nd floor, our lovely guide Emily was so friendly and good with the explanations. I had enough time for translation to Turkish for my son. The whole experince was smooth. I am so happy to have had purchased the tour. We were so fast (by skipping the long line). Recommend everyone who has little time in Paris but dreams about Eiffel.

The climb up the Eiffel Tower, with the view! Magnificent!! The guide was on time, but we had to insist to get explanations in French, which were cut short because he was in a hurry. He left us on the second floor while we went up to the top and told us he’d meet us on the way down… but when we came back down, there was no one there! The ticket he gave us was worth €36.50, whereas I paid €110 per ticket—a nice commission for Headout!!! There were two of us!
