Actually my ticket took like 1 hour to be delivered, I purchased it while I was in a taxi to Disneyland which was a 15-20 drive ... which I thought would of arrive asap. After arriving at HK Disneyland I couldn't go in because my tickets didn't arrive. after swift live chat and emails I was able to obtain my tickets after 1 hour of wait. So if u plan to use headout buy hours ahead of time. But it was a great experience after all and my girlfriend was happy

Such a great experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I felt totally comfortable communicating in English. The iron man attraction was my favorite and Elsa's frozen treat was great. No long lines just smiling faces!

It was so easy to buy tickets online and download, once we got to Disneyland, getting through the gate was so easy and we had the most spectacular day end evening. We used Headout a few times while in Hong Kong to search tours and purchase tickets. Very happy with Headout and will use again.

On a rainy, thundery day paying to have a priority pass was important. The first experience we tried to attend, the tickets we were provided with did not allow us priority. After messaging with Headout, and waiting 30 minutes for response, the problem was rectified and priority passes were provided. Better late than never.

One of the three main rides was shut for refurbishment which was disappointing. Park definitely for younger children. Our 12 and 14 year olds didn't find lots to do. The food options were good and not bad price for Disney and Hong kong

Keep in mind that selfie sticks, weapons, alcohol, wheeled luggage of any size, stroller wagons, wagons, carts or other wheeled carriers, folding chairs, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, drones, remote-controlled flying devices, kites, flags, banners and stools are prohibited inside the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Clothes representative of an actual Disney character, obscene language, torn clothing, or clothing exposing excessive portions of the skin are not allowed inside the venue.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

For your safety, some attractions at Hong Kong Disneyland Park require that Guests be a specific height or taller.
