Get ready to embrace premium flavors as the highest-quality meat graces your table. The menu consists of a wide range of beef, including Kuroge Wagyu Beef and 55°C Yukhoe, which is raw beef seasoned with sesame oil and some condiments. But the star of the show are the 7 types of premium A4 beef you'll get to try, with 4 types of black wagyu beef, an upper skirt steak, and 2 types of fresh offal. The charred taste of grilled fatty meat that cooks in 3 seconds is one of the specialties that will stun you.

Sushi, Soup...and Dessert!

A Japanese food experience is incomplete without sushi, so your course consists of a delicious Wagyu Beef Torotaku roll with Korean Seaweed. Explore new flavors with a taste of an ultimate premium salted tongue, and cleanse your palette with kimchi and namul, a cold green salad, and some ginger. Sip on some hearty and warm Japanese beef soup, enjoy the texture of chewy cold noodles, and end the meal with a light and delicious homemade pudding.
