    The staffs at the lifts were polite and engaging with my elderly parents and my kids from Australia. The staffs at the restaurant went above and beyond helping me when my daughter got hurt. A wonderful experience!

    The view from the KL Tower is very nice, halfway clouds were blocking the view but it was still lovely to do. Waiting for the tickets was not great, reading online reviews about Headout was not fine. People don't get their tickets or too late, customer service didn't react etc. I wrote by email about the tickets and at least 5 hours before I needed them, I got it.

    This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Kuala Lumpur. The views on coming up at 6.30 and watching the city lights come on was spectacular. Our meal was perfect, the staff so polite and the young lady who took us to the skydeck was very knowledgeable. All in all we would definitely recommend this activity, it was great value & Mr Perumal made it very easy with precise instructions
