They helped us took our memorable photos and sang birthday songs for 2 of our beloved birthday gals. The experience of sitting in a revolving platform and having lunch was really cool. Once we arrived at the top the staff were super attentive and lovely, they even offered to take photos for us. Whilst I don't wish to penalise the staff any more because overall they were great there are some notes to consider before booking, things we were disappointed with. Upon arrival you are charged and additional 58 ringgit if you want a window seat. This is bizarre and a somewhat predatory tactic to get more money from you. You don't get to choose where you sit despite paying that additional 58 ringgit. We were placed between two tables with young children either side. One that was running around us and screaming for two hours and the other was crying the majority of the time. I appreciate this is somewhat out of staff control, but there were many vacant tables available. If they are going to dictate where you sit they should consider separating families and couples. What was meant to be a more peaceful meal was actually quite stressful and difficult for us to have a conversation without constant interruptions. Finally, the food is in a buffet format and some of it had already gone cold despite us arriving bang on 3pm. I cannot figure out how to change my rating, but in hindsight it is 3*** at best and I would take the above into consideration before booking. I wish we had asked to move table, but it seemed rude at the time.

We had an excellent evening at the Club Petronas Private Restaurant. We were welcomed by Mr. Soundars Perumal, a very friendly man, cultured and passionate about his work. He showed us around parts of the skyscraper that are not usually accessible to the public. We were dazzled by the beauty of the premises, the refinement and luxury, as well as the magnificent views of the city. The food was excellent, refined and plentiful. It was my wife's birthday. Once again thank you to Mr Perumal and his team who made this evening unforgettable.

The reservation of the Orbit restaurant and the entrance to the KL tower worked out excellently. The stay in the revolving restaurant and the food are highly recommended.
