    The visit was very good. Although the pick up time varied from the time initially planned. They were very kind and let us wait in the van so that we were not cold. There were a lot of people already at 2am. Everyone was very nice and the service was great.

    The tour was good and overall very well managed. Despite selecting an early morning option, the actual timing was later, which I understand can depend on ticket availability from the museum side. However, this change did affect my other plans for the day in Krakow. That said, the coordination, transfers, and guided experience itself were handled smoothly and professionally, and the tour was otherwise wonderfully managed.

    The whole trip was so organised and well planed out. Kuba the guide was amazing, explained so much of every place we stopped out and very informative. He always also very funny and made us all laugh, a credit to the company. Would recommend this trip with Kuba to anyone who wants to visit all the good places.     Everything is very well organized, you visit many areas and the bus stops very often so it is not heavy. Our guide Karolina was amazing, she helped us with everything and gave us lots of information. It is true that the time in Zakopane is a bit short but it is true that the day is not enough. I highly recommend it!

    What can we say! We had a great day. Driver picked us up on time in a clean comfortable car. All details were provided the day before through WhatsApp. We then headed out for the day and the tour guide explained everything to us and where to go and how to get to each point. The tour guide gave us some local attractions and insights in where to eat and what to see with our free time. Can't fault this tour. Would recommend!

    Very few lines to get into the locker room, in addition to the 3 hours they give an additional 15 minutes to change. Pools are many both indoor and outdoor. also present saunas, steam room and cold water pool. The place despite very crowded still remains neat and clean, for the most shameful only pekka is the common men's and women's locker room. For those who reach the place by public transport pay attention to the timetable, the bus stop is 5 min walk and the ride to zakopane takes about 20 minutes and costs 9zt about 2€

    It was like a dream. Outdoors with all the different pools. Having a drink by the pool. It was amazing. And the jets. We laughed a lot in the circle with the current. The saunas and yacuzzi. Amazing

    We had a lovely time on our hike to Morskie Oko. The scenery was beautiful and the path easy to follow.Our guide Michal kindly collected us from our hotel we had a very interesting conversation while traveling, which made the journey fly by.Would highly recommend this trip.
