very satisfied! I bought a ticket at 3.45 pm and within 2 minutes I was able to go straight inside. The price is very cheap compared to buying at the counter.

The issue with my booking was frustrating, as the child ticket could not be used at the attraction. However, I appreciate Headout’s customer service team for responding promptly, investigating the matter, and processing the refund professionally. While the experience was not perfect, the support I received afterward was helpful and courteous. Thank you for resolving the issue.

It was nice, but very unorganized and crowded. You had to pay for nearly every attraction separately and the queues for the slides took about 1 hour for just one ride.. very disappointing from this side. I've been to several other water parks and never had problems like this.

Adventure Park: Challenge yourself with rope courses, kayaking, and ziplines, with select activities available for an additional fee.

Petting Zoo: Meet over 55 animal species, including rabbits, parrots, and hippos, in an interactive environment designed for children and animal lovers.

Luminous Forest: Experience a UV-lit glowing jungle walk inspired by the Malayana tribe, open from 8:00 PM for a magical nighttime adventure.

Ipoh Street: Sample local halal food and traditional Malaysian fare in a night market-style setting, with dedicated prayer spaces for Muslim guests.
