Non dover pensare alla fila in biglietteria ci ha consentito di concentrarci sulla visita. L' audioguida, poi, ci ha accompgnato dall'ingresso alle varie sale.

En prenant les billets à l'avance en ligne, j'esperais avoir un accompagnement de la visite d'un audioguide "réel" en français alors qu'il s'agit de l'application sur le téléphone qui est gratuite pour tous. Sachant qu'il n'y avait aucune attente au guichet d'entrée pour prendre les billets d'entrée sur place... je suis un peu décue mais le palais et ses jardins sont vraiment magnifiques !

È molto difficile ridurre tutto in poche parole tutto tecnicamente perfetto accoglienza e accompagno molto professionale con Gentilezza la reggia è strepitosa e sorprendente in ogni sala tutto conservato perfettamente all esterno è superiore a quello che potevo immaginare e consiglio a tutti di andarci in primavera ci sarà una bellissima fioritura e il restauro delle fontane sarà completato .viva la bellezza in ogni sua espressione

After getting the app downloaded which was a little tricky at the venue (recommend coming prepared) it was simple to log into the account and use on our own devices with our own headsets.

All the information was received in good time for the trip. No problems getting in even though we were a few minutes late. Stunning palace. The audio guide was a bit short though.

Guide bravissime e preparate, servizi top. Era da tempo che mancavo, è stato bello tornare in un posto meraviglioso. Peccato per i lavori in corso, torneo per rivederla piu bella che mai. W il sud.
