    Once we figured out that there were two hop on hop off companies, and figured out where your company's stops and pick ups were we did fairly well. Our first trip around we saw the ice cave and the tram stops. We went around another time and used both of those eventually. We loved most about our tour, the English translation and the open air top.

    It was confusing to know where to wait and the live tracking of the bus didn't seem to work. It would be nice if stops were marked and you knew when the bus was coming. The map connected with head our was not the same as the one on the tour bus website or on the bus, so you have 3rd parties selling tickets and connnextinf to Inaccurate maps. Although it said "there are other tour companies" it would have been better to say "there are tour buses that look exactly the same but say "Sightseeing instead of 'City Sightseeing' so make sure yours says 'City'." It was clearly a confusion for MANY tourists. The audio guides didn't seem well timed to the trip so it was confusing to know what we were looking at. Overall, not something I'd bother doing again in Bergen. We've done similar trips in other cities with better success. I won't use head out again. The operators were friendly, but even when we asked about a stop on the map, the response was "it's at this stop, up there somewhere I'm not sure where." You'd think they'd know a bit about the city!
