The guided tour means you miss out on a lot of information, and the tour itself disappointed me because I was hoping to see more of the factory, etc. ... but the company that provided our tickets gets a 10! We’d bought them at the last minute, and they sent someone to the entrance to hand them to us. Thank you. We’d definitely use you again.

The skip-the-line ticket was great, especially with all the visitors waiting outside! I do recommend taking a guided tour, though, because there’s so much to see, and it’s helpful to have someone point out the highlights.

There was no line, and I had to wait until the exact time listed on the ticket; they didn’t let me in even 10 minutes early, as stated in the email. Aside from that, the museum is very interesting and modern, with multimedia elements that made it particularly appealing. I was also able to visit the small temporary exhibition on children during the war, which I found very moving.

I recommend taking a guided tour, as the guided groups make it very difficult for individual visitors to view the exhibits in peace. The exhibition focuses specifically on the occupation of Kraków by German troops. It’s very informative. In my opinion, the story of “Schindler’s Jews” doesn’t get enough attention.

The exhibition is great—we highly recommend it. It’s very well put together, packed with interactive elements, and extremely interesting. We suggest checking it out before camp.
