The atmosphere is really well done and the experience is super immersive. The only thing I didn't like was that if you go without a guided tour to see everything on your own, the guided groups really get in the way, and the guides don't ask them to let other people pass. We were stuck behind a group the entire time and had to stop every few minutes because they all stopped for an explanation and wouldn't let us move forward. Other than that, the experience is highly recommended.

Skipped the line, was met with our tickets 10 minutes before entry time and got straight in. Had a lovely wander round the factory and learned lots more about what happened during the Second World War years. Would recommend your company to friends and family

Impressive exhibition - unfortunately, the original production sites have not been preserved because they were moved to the Czech Republic before the Russian invasion at the end of World War II, but the office and some exhibits survived. The history and fate of the Jewish people in Krakow under German occupation are impressively (and oppressively) presented. Skip-the-line entry saves you from waiting in the blazing sun or rain, as there is hardly any shelter outside the factory.
