Expo Osaka is a memorable event. My favorite pavilions are Portugal, France and Korea and be sure to be present for the water and air night show. Ofcorse there should be other fantastic pavilions but it's not possible to visit all of them in two days. For example the German one outside is great but I couldn't get in. It was great! Had so many inclusions ! We enjoyed the experiences more than anything! Got to go to a Giant ferris wheel, ride on the Osaka metro. Enjoyed the Osaka castle. There were probably few other things I'm sure we missed. Wish it had a little more specifics about what it included especially with the activities and Trains.. for example did you know it doesn't include the entirety of the nankai line? Especially out to izumisano. More details on what's included would be great so people who like to be prepared know what they're in for and can plan and accommodate.Orczi

Upon check in, I never received a qr code so I had to go to the ticketing support booth, however was supported seamlessly while there. The venue is massive and you will not get to see anything unless you have spots reserved. I was not aware of this. While the pavilions looked interesting from the outside, each time we tried to enter, we found out it was a minimum 2 hour wait. We couldn't fathom standing in the heat for the durations. You definitely need a plan as this exhibition is massive. You will also need more than one day if you want to see something given the queues.

Steps to get access to Osaka Expo 2025:
- Get the 10-digit alphanumeric ticket ID on your Headout voucher once you download the ticket.
- Log in or sign up for a free Expo ID here.
- Once logged in, navigate to ‘Additional Ticket Registration’ and enter your Headout ticket ID(s). If you have multiple tickets, you can register up to 10 per account.
- Choose your preferred date and time slot on the Expo website to generate a QR code. Save or print this code for entry.
- Reserve spots for pavilions and events in advance via the Expo website or app. For groups, you can book slots together to visit at the same time. If you miss pre-booking, you can use the on-site kiosks for last-minute reservations.
