Reaching an altitude of 3,883 meters was a breeze, and everything was so well organized...!! I’ll definitely recommend you to my friends and family so they can come visit! The video of the mountains, the scenery, and the wildlife... AMAZING!! I loved how easy it was to ski in June, with everything so well organized and covered!!! Congratulations!! I just think there’s one issue to resolve for those of us coming from other countries: it’s difficult to manage the lift tickets for the ascent and descent, since you have to exchange them at the ticket counters. I think it would be helpful to explain this and reassure customers who aren’t familiar with the process. You could send them via a QR code, and each customer could manage it directly. Maybe another solution is already in the works???? Best regards!!!!

Very nice to visit the, mountain you can see every thing Very well this way. The train ride was also very nice, and comfortable. Zermatt is a nice place to be. We willen be back to visit this place. Naturally beautiful sight - ticket experience open till 4 I arrived at 3 and told I could only do a round trip as I couldn't do the experience because the cable car would be closed! Really really disappointed! A lot to pay for a round cable car ride!

Zermatt is a car-free location. To reach the meeting point, use public transportation or take a taxi.

Cable cars let you carry bikes up to Trockener Steg, giving you access to thrilling high-altitude trails at scenic mid-mountain stops.

You can book tickets for the second attraction the next day or up to two months later—flexible scheduling, subject to availability.

Pets, specifically dogs, are welcome at Matterhorn Glacier Paradise and Gornegrat Railways and ride free; just keep them leashed or in a carrier as needed.
