Fantastic place with loads of great art. Extremely crowded but that was not surprising really. Was easy using headout. Guy with tickets was easy to find and it did mean we could head straight in with just a brief security check. Michaelangelo's David is fantastic and so glad I've seen the real thing.

David was the main attraction we wanted to see. It was very touristy as all of Florence is & very confusing to get in by ourselves. purchasing the guided tour made it very easy as they acquired our tickets for us, led us with a group inside, and made the process simple. We did lose the group inside as it was a bit chaotic withthe amount of people at the museums first room & we roamerd around by ourselves after the security checkpoint. Well worth the price for the convenience over the non-reservation line.Keren
