Very useful, it easily connects the central station to Stockholm Airport. There is a very high frequency of trains leaving per day, if I'm not mistaken two per hour. At the central station there is a connection to the three subway lines, so an added convenience. The trip takes less than half an hour so also relatively short. Highly recommended solution
