The atmosphere is really well done and the experience is super immersive. The only thing I didn't like was that if you go without a guided tour to see everything on your own, the guided groups really get in the way, and the guides don't ask them to let other people pass. We were stuck behind a group the entire time and had to stop every few minutes because they all stopped for an explanation and wouldn't let us move forward. Other than that, the experience is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful guide who related a terrific narrative history of Jewish population in Krakow up to end of WWII. Of note: although the tour takes place in an excellent interactive museum occupying his factory, Schindler's role in saving his Jewish workers and others took up only the last 15-20 minutes of the tour.

Our guide ,David, was fantastic. He kept the tour at a good pace while still allowing time to see everything. He was knowledgeable and his English was easy to understand. I loved that the tour was not just about the factory but also what was happening all over Poland. I would highly recommend this tour.

From only knowing the Oskar Schindler story from the film, our guided tour was extremely eye-opening. Our guide (I think his name was Alex) was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about conveying the true story and the plight of the Polish Jews. A harrowing account of inhumanity

Skipped the line, was met with our tickets 10 minutes before entry time and got straight in. Had a lovely wander round the factory and learned lots more about what happened during the Second World War years. Would recommend your company to friends and family

Tour was interesting for information what was happening in Krakow and Poland during WWII. On the other side, Schindlers's factory and details about it are rare (expected as factory was removed during end of WWII) but some additional efforths should be made to collect more details concerning working conditions and equipment from simillar companies in related time (WWII), even in some relevant photos, only one machine is present at the exit, no details related to enamel production is mentioned. Exibition about Krakow is good but it misses the point of Schindler's factory as place.

The Oskar Schindler's Factory museum is designed in a very varied, unique, and informative way. Around every corner, you are surprised with new impressions. As a result, the tour through the museum turns into an emotional rollercoaster through a time of bone-chilling human experiences. Booking a guided tour saves you a lot of waiting time or being denied entry to the museum due to high visitor numbers. In addition, you get extra information that really gets under your skin. Highly recommended and would definitely do it again. Thank you very much.

9/11, a rainy day, and we had already explored Krakow very thoroughly. We had only one place left: Schindler's Enamel Factory, which is a must-see and best with a guide. Booking through Headout was the best decision we made; the line of umbrellas was long, and we were able to go inside immediately.

Definitely very interesting, the guide was very good, however the exhibition consists of many photos and a few objects. The factory cannot be visited and the machinery is no longer there. Cramped spaces and groups that are too large. They could do better.

The tour was very interesting and it was nice to learn more about the history and the story behind Oskar Schindler’s factory\. Our guide was knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information\. However, the guide spoke quite fast at times, which made it a little difficult to follow everything\. I just wish the tour had included more of the actual factory itself\. I was hoping to see more of the original factory space and learn more about what it was like when it was operating\. Overall, it was a worthwhile experience, especially for anyone interested in the history of Kraków and World War II.
