Hassle free booking, 10% off if bought via website, the train was so clean and comfy. The ride was so smooth and fast from KL Sentral to KLIA2 was around 30mins or less only! Best option to choose.

Easy to book tickets online thru the website. Enough seats for everyone on the train and the seats are spacious and comfortable. The journey from KLIA to KL Sentral takes roughly 1/2 the time needed by car. However, the complimentary wifi onboard was intermittent. The QR code scanner at KL Sentral gantry May need to be replaced. Had a difficult time trying to scan the QR code on my phone.

Great experience and such an easy process : you go online, choose a pay for a package (in my case 7 days with 15GB for around Au$8.00.). When arrive at Kuala Lumpur you drop by the shop and walk out with everything set up for you. 5 star service and experience. Thanks to the efficient and helpful staff.

Everything was perfect. There was plenty of luggage storage racks for large luggage. Train was on time and took only 28 minutes to Sentral. Beautiful smooth ride. Didn't check if there was free Wi-Fi. Much better way to get to the city without any traffic hassles. The staff were helpful in scanning the printed tickets. Overall a totally enjoyable experience on top of the discount one gets for buying the ticket on-line.

The passport holder must be at least 12 years old and needs to present at the Tune Talk outlet in Kuala Lumpur Airport for SIM collection - and registration.
