Thankfully I booked the tickets through Headout because there on the spot it was sold out for the day. Fast Entrance no Q. It was a great view from the tower. Thanks to headout

It was awesome!!. We arrived on the Saturday and as we got to observation deck lighting storm and rain deluge..which was spectacular. They closed the tower an offered us a return tickets, which they didn't have to do the next day. Went back and it even more awesome!!. I think they were pushing too many people through and think reflected in, after the observation deck, having to wait over an hour, in a crowd to get to the sky box for less than two minutes to take photos and take In the scene. Was truely worth the wait, scarey and fun. Advise your guests to take a pair of socks as you have to take off shoes. If you don't have socks glass extremely hot and painful. Now the best part was the rope walk. Omg!!!!! . It was the most scarey thing I've ever done and I consider myself to be an adrenaline junky. Sorry to say, I turned to jelly . You have a harness but no real railings... and I couldn't take more than 2 steps from the door. All the staff were brilliant, tell your guests to bring plenty of water as extremely hot and little no shade whilst waiting to go on the sky box. In my option better than patronas towers. Also advise guests to walk 2 minutes down hill to find the best street food hawker restaurant. Fantastic food and incredibly cheap. Main restaurant in Tower lobby good but a little pricey..go to the food restaurant. We found it by luck on the first visit, walking to get a grab taxi. Advise guests about the grab cabs download app)..fantastic value but can get busy .due to cowds

Hi guys it's a first time yous in Headout experience is good I have no issues with the vouchers but aft booking through app I have not received voucher for a week after contacting support through chat with person (no AI/bot) I received in 2 days so kindly if you use here book before 10 days for a smooth process

We had an experience that the date was not available as there was private function. So we received an email to tell us that the booking was cancelled. Managed to call 360 Restaurant. Yes it was cancelled but later my colleague called back and told us the booking still there. So this created all the confusion. Please check with the restaurant before confirm cancellation. That was the BAD experience but the companions of our colleagues make the dinner wonderful with partication from us with the Musician Duo where we sang a long the song that played. and we do get standing ovation from the staffs during that time dated 16Dec2023 Dinner. Thanks Booking name under Normala & Badrul Hisham.

When I made the booking I wasn't told that the revolving feature isn't working. After I proceeded with the payment than after a while I got an email saying it's not working. After all that is what we pay for not the Buffett dinner which we can get anywhere. And upon reaching there the workers at front entrance told us that it has been a while since it's not working. It wasn't cheap buying the tickets for 5 adults 2 seniors 1 child and 1 infant. Very disappointed ☹️
