The cruise itself was beautiful. Saw all of the major landmarks in Paris. Using Headout was a nightmare though as once you've received booking confirmation they state tickets will be sent within 30 minutes but they do not. Then I became worried as I still had not received tickets one day before. Customers service is awful and do not resolve anything - as they use AI and so it's a standard response of 'you will receive your tickets within 30-60 minutes and you do not. Then you chase again and they keep saying the same thing. 1 day before I finally received tickets

The tour was incredible! The weather happened to be great and the night was clear so we saw lots of beautiful Parisian sites at night. It was very crowded but the line does move and everyone got on the boat.

Of course — here is the elegant version in English: ✨ A truly unforgettable experience in Paris! ✨ Cruising along the Seine with Bateaux Mouches was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris. The views of the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, the Louvre, and the beautiful Parisian bridges from the river were absolutely breathtaking. 🗼❤️ Everything was well organized, comfortable, and enjoyable, with a wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire cruise. Seeing Paris from the Seine gave us a completely different perspective of this magnificent city. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Paris! 🇫🇷✨ It is a beautiful and memorable experience that we will cherish for a long time.

We didn't choose the option with dinner. It's a tour that gives you a quick glimpse of Paris from the Seine—beautiful. The weather was great. The official tickets arrived a day before the tour; we arrived at the location and boarded the cruise directly. Everything was very organized, and entry was very fast. The commentary over the speakers is brief but just right, and they play it in several languages. We went in September 2026, I recommend the tour.

The staff are very friendly and easy to get on the boat and when the cruise starts someone on the speaker explaining the places in a multi-language so most of the tourist can understand and the boat inside is clean and has an air condition.

It was really nice and quite long, especially during the sunset, and especially when we did the last U-turn right at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower. I'll do this again every time I visit Paris.
