Good clear English playing guide, with nice explanations. Information beforehand was poor. Not the right meeting place. Many negative conditions, if you are late then your ticket expires. Be there at least 15 minutes in advance and then only leave 40 minutes later because others are late. ID' s with you when you don't need them. Much too late at the end in the Eiffel Tower.

We bought tickets to the top floor of the Eiffel Tower but the lift was broken so we could only access the 2nd floor. The guide said we would get a partial refund but never explained how we would receive this refund or how to claim it. The views were spectacular from the 2nd floor but it was extremely crowded. If you book this package be aware that it does not enable you to skip the que. It was an average experience for the additional expense of having a guide. We could've done it ourselves for much less miney.

We were a small group of 4. Eiffel tour was great. Went all rhe way to the top. Except for security, we didn't have to wait. We enjoyed it very much.

the guided tour is te best, theres a person to take u around tell u the history, crack a few jokes, no waiting lines atleast not that long. oh and the paris lounge where we met up was extremely professional and beautiful. ita a great experience, book with theeiffel tower team itself.we even got discounts on our next travels

Catalina was so knowledgeable and delivered all the information in a fun and lively way. We also had a medical emergency during our group which she handled really well and still kept her group in the forefront despite such difficult circumstances.
