After reading quite a few negative comments and seeing low ratings for the Tour, we were a bit reluctant to book. However our experience was very good. The buses were on time ( traffic permitted) , there was sufficient seating space, headphones were in working order and commentary was descriptive. We have done both Red and Blue routes which cover both city center with Old Town as well as many of Warsaw attractions. We started at the stop no 1 and changed buses at Old Town. We would recommend the Bus Tour as great way to experience Warsaw

I got a good overview of the city. It was difficult to find the bus stops. More buses should be used. The buses should stop more often when explanations are given. The audio guide did not always correspond to what you were seeing.Brigitte
