It was an incredible experience. From the moment we entered the facility, the staff was very polite and attentive. Everything there is amazing—the wonders of the ocean are spectacular, and it makes you feel as if you were right in the sea. We went to all the day’s events, like the 4D movie and the dolphin show—it was wonderful and highly recommended… I’ll definitely be back with my daughters and my family a thousand times over.

The process for entry was quick and efficient with the assistants proving to be both helpful and very friendly . The whole experience was fun, educational and entertaining and a lovely day out. We bought food there and were surprised at what good value it was.

Incredible, beautiful! The best part is the shark tank tunnel. Lots of dining options, very interactive and beautiful. It’s almost as if they can read your mind—any questions you might have while watching the animals are answered by signs (like the difference between seals and sea lions). Everything is clean and very well maintained—please share your secret for keeping the glass clean!

The facility spans 2 levels: upper floors with outdoor exhibits around a large lake home to pelicans, cormorants, and flamingos, and a lower level housing Europe's largest aquarium, the Dolphinarium.
