In general, a satisfactory experience. But on Wednesday September 17 we waited for nothing for the first 12:30 bus, which never showed up. Then the 1.30pm bus arrived, and gave no explanation or excuse for this double waiting time in the sun, on the corner of a super busy and noisy street.... but hey, we're in Italy and we're happy about it!!!!

The possibility of the division of the outer part of the city and the inner part is a great idea and gives the new arrivals a better orientation visit. We had a wonderful time and was able to visit the sites that attracted us the most. Thank you

It was an unexpected highlight of our time in Florence. The Douma was booked out and it was a free museum day, so the lines were very long. We happened upon the hop on hop off bus tour and decided that would allow us to see more of the city. The views from Piazzale Michelangelo were amazing and we would've missed it if we hadn't taken the bus tour!

Unfortunately, the departure times were never even close to being correct. Even the live tracking didn't help. We had to wait almost an hour and then we couldn't go because the bus was full. Hop on, hop off, as we know it from other cities, is not possible because getting back on is problematic. Too bad, we would have expected more for the price. Good in principle, but there is clearly room for improvement in terms of execution. For us, the goal was missed. We didn't have much time and wanted to see so much. We wasted a lot of time waiting. But the drive out of Florence was super nice.

We liked it and were impressed by the cathedral in Florence. Unfortunately, the rush of tourists was a bit big and so the waiting time of 2 hours was a bit too long.

Clean, prompt buses with a commentary in about 8 languages. Staff were professional and helpful. I liked that our ticket covered both the red and blue line and it was an added bonus to have a 20 minute stop in Fiesole.
