Good service. (Arrived very late on ticket day. The lady suggested coming back the next day and arranged for our ticket to be valid the next day).

The seals were the best.
Everything else was great too, no question.
A lovely place to linger and watch lots of animals.
The catering, on the other hand, has a lot of catching up to do, it was nothing.
Waiting 40 minutes for a coffee when there were only 5 people in front of me is really not great.

A large and colorful variety, great and educational dolphin show, definitely worth a visit!
We particularly liked the beluga whales, dolphins and turtles. A great experience.

It was a fascinating experience. Wonderful, an enrichment. But please stop with the dolphin show. These animals need to be free and certainly don't want to be kissed and cuddled, to the loud delight of the audience. It is a degradation of these clever creatures. They do not smile.....

I bought the tickets immediately, online. We arrived at 10.30 and went in immediately. The whole complex was fascinating, we enjoyed like children everything we saw.
I recommend to everyone, regardless of age, it's a must visit once in a lifetime.
The dolphin show was wonderful, not to be missed.
