The pickup went smoothly. Things were a bit chaotic at the meeting point, as many tours depart from there. The tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very powerful and moving experience. Our tour guide, Marta, led us through the memorial with great empathy and extensive knowledge. She not only explained the history objectively but also conveyed personal stories and historical context in a way that was both understandable and respectful. It was particularly impressive how she addressed questions and explained complex contexts clearly and comprehensibly. It was evident that the subject is very close to her heart and that she places great importance on keeping the memory alive. The entire organization of the tour was well-structured, and despite the emotional weight of the place, we felt well-accompanied at all times.

I always wanted to visit Auschwitz, so, when I got the chance to come to Krakow, I immediately booked an organized tour to the concentration camps - Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II - Birkenau. Going to Auschwitz and Birkenau is a heavy experience, but this guided tour was truly excellent. I was impressed by how on point everything was—the logistics were handled perfectly, and there was absolutely no waiting at the entrance or between sites. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and kept the narrative focused and respectful. Being able to move straight through without the stress of long lines allowed me to actually process the history and reflect on the surroundings. If you're looking for a professional, seamless way to see such an important piece of history, this is definitely the way to do it. It was organized, deeply moving, and very well-paced.

Excellent communication the days before, and day of the event to ensure puck up locations and times were clear and confirmed. Driver was fabtastic: friendly, timely, safe and just a pleasure to travel with. Ensure a "hot handoff" at every spot between him and tour guides so no one ever felt lost or confused. The tour guide herself was amazing, and I could not have asked for a better guide to these important historical sites. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the entire experience: professional, clear communication, comfortable/clean transport, and excellent knowledge. Highly recommend, full marks.

The organization did not fully go according to the original plan — the day before the scheduled date, the organizer changed the departure time from 6:30 AM to 1:40 PM. However, it turned out that the new schedule suited us better, and fortunately we didn’t have any other commitments that day. Everything else went according to plan. The guides were professional, spoke clearly and understandably, and were ready to answer any questions. The visit to Auschwitz itself was, as expected, very emotional and stressful.
