Our guide was excellent; she explained everything in great detail and made the tour very interesting and engaging.
The tour was really great (as far as a tour of this scale can be called “great”).
There was just a minor misunderstanding when we made the reservation, but everything was resolved with the help of customer service. They were also very helpful.

The tour was very well organized, down to the smallest detail. Our guide was a teacher and led the tour in Italian with great enthusiasm and expertise. We really enjoyed it. Kudos also to the driver, who was very attentive and patient, and to the tour attendant who accompanied us during the trip.

Our guide Michael was amazing. He picked us up in the city centre of Krakow in a minivan, which was really private and nice. He explained the whole itinerary for the day and was overall really helpful. He was also a really great tourguide and knew everything by heart. Would highly recommend!

Our guide Jack was very informative during the whole trip, pointing out places of interest on the way there and back. Auschwitz-Birkenau is a trip I've wanted to do for years and it certainly didn't disappoint.
