Exceptional organization. Our driver was exceptionally kind and very considerate. Everything was explained perfectly both beforehand and during the tour. It was very easy and enjoyable. During the tours, we were guided by Anthony, a French guide. His explanations, humility, and kindness were truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire KingRoyalTours team for this memorable day; my mother, although visually impaired, was very touched by the accommodations made for her.

O programa cumpriu fielmente ao prometido, com pontualidade e cordialidade em todo o trajeto. As instruções foram muito claras e nosso guia, Robert, bastante versado sobre o assunto. Talvez pudesse ser mais estendido para absorvermos com mais intensidade, mas é compreensível pela quantidade de turistas. Tivemos tempo e pausas suficientes para descansar e ir ao banheiro, sendo o trajeto na estrada também feito de forma impecável. Recomendamos muito!

Brilliant hosting and experience from beginning to end. The tour guide and bus driver were patient and informative and all the positives in between. I hope to come back with family as I did it solo this time. Dziękuję !

Everything about the tour though sad our tour guide was excellent very informative and helpful with he's answers his knowledge of individual prisoners was very about Sorbo a Greek who was the man who got Barbars job

A very well-organized tour! Contrary to the many negative reviews, everything went very smoothly and was very reliable. We simply can't understand the negative comments at all!

The tour was very good. The mini bus was comfortable and the driver was nice. The Auschwitz tour itself was very informative and can really be recommended. The only drawback on this tour was the start time. We booked and confirmed a start time of 9:40 AM. The day before, we received information that the start time was 5:30 AM, meaning 4 hours earlier than we booked! We were not properly informed that this big of a change could happen and they were not helpful when we contacted headout. They promised to look into our options and get back to us, but we never heard anything back from then. We managed to make the new time work and the tour was good, but unfortunately the time for the tour and communication around it was disappointing.
