I had an excellent experience on the Auschwitz tour, which was perfectly organized from start to finish. Everything went smooth. The start time had to be moved to a much earlier time, but the driver picked us up from our stay, so we didn't have to go anywhere, at least. The guide we had at Auschwitz-Birkenau was a very good one - serious, respectful, thoughtful and provided clear information, and I'm appreciative that our group was also respectful of the context.

Hello, our tour schedule was changed, but every effort was made to ensure we didn’t miss our return flight. We were able to leave our backpacks in a vehicle during the tour, and the driver kindly dropped us off directly at the airport on the way back. I highly recommend it.

    We especialy ordered tour later, because we were arrived in Krakow late nihgt previous day. The tour was moved from 09.20 to 06.05, realy started 06.35. Almost 1 hour we are waiting on street. I wrote before to Krakow tour that we disagree with changing time, they answered it' s your problem. In Birkenau we spent 10 min, promised 1 hour. Guide said i have next tour and have no time.
