Our guide Michael was amazing. He picked us up in the city centre of Krakow in a minivan, which was really private and nice. He explained the whole itinerary for the day and was overall really helpful. He was also a really great tourguide and knew everything by heart. Would highly recommend!

Jacek was spectacular, meticulous in his explanations and clearly deeply committed to the tour. He gifted us with many small yet important details that greatly enhanced our understanding of this pivotal historical moment. I cannot recommend him enough!

The tour was well organized. We were picked up at the designated place in Krakow on time and rode comfortably in the bus to Auschwitz. The tour guide was informative. The whole tour was right at 7 hours with the bus ride.

It was very nice. The program went according to plan. The driver and the guide were very nice, they guided us and explained the information to everyone.

The visit to the extermination camps was very interesting and moving. The guide was very good, very respectful, and provided excellent information. The organization inside the camp was excellent, despite there being a lot of people. A little too fast for my taste. Just two things to keep in mind: I don't know if it was the museum's fault or the intermediary company's, but 24 hours before our scheduled 10 a.m. visit, they rescheduled it to 5:30 a.m. with very little information and no option to cancel. And instead of taking a safe highway, they take you on a narrow road full of trucks.

My visit to Auschwitz was an unforgettable experience that has left a permanent mark on my life. I will never forget the scenes I witnessed or the emotions I felt during the tour. It completely changed my perspective and the way I think about humanity, history, and the importance of remembering the past. It was an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking experience, but I truly believe everyone should visit Auschwitz at least once. Only by remembering these horrors can we help ensure that such crimes are never repeated. The best part of the visit was our guide Przemek. He was an outstanding young man with extensive knowledge and genuine passion. He did everything he could to help us understand what "life" was like in Auschwitz, sharing the history with great respect, compassion, and professionalism. His guidance made this powerful experience even more meaningful. I cannot recommend this tour enough.
