My visit to Auschwitz was an unforgettable experience that has left a permanent mark on my life. I will never forget the scenes I witnessed or the emotions I felt during the tour. It completely changed my perspective and the way I think about humanity, history, and the importance of remembering the past. It was an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking experience, but I truly believe everyone should visit Auschwitz at least once. Only by remembering these horrors can we help ensure that such crimes are never repeated. The best part of the visit was our guide Przemek. He was an outstanding young man with extensive knowledge and genuine passion. He did everything he could to help us understand what "life" was like in Auschwitz, sharing the history with great respect, compassion, and professionalism. His guidance made this powerful experience even more meaningful. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

A perfectly organized tour. The group was picked up near the Kraków train station by bus and arrived at the destination after about a 1.5-hour ride. The bus was clean and on time. We were also provided with lunch boxes (20 PLN). The tour of the concentration camps was truly moving. I recommend it to everyone so that we never forget and keep alive in our memory the most shocking act of violence and depravity of which humanity has been capable. A special thanks to our guide (Pierfrancesco), who led us through the Auschwitz and Birkenau camps. His presence was invaluable in helping us fully understand the lives of the deportees, and his closing remarks were truly moving. I will never forget this experience. Thank you.

Obviously, this is a unique visit—extremely moving and unsettling. But a big thank you to our charming, well-informed, and unobtrusive French-speaking guide, who made it an experience that was as interesting as it was intense. The organization was excellent: the bus was on time, and the tour leader on board was friendly and efficient. In the end, we appreciated having to get up early, which allowed us to be among the first to arrive at the site and avoid the worst of the crowds. This is an essential visit to bring back to the forefront of our emotions and reflections what we have a duty to fight against and reject.

I was hoping for an earlier time and had chosen 8am for that reason. We found out the day before our pick up time was 1.40. This was my only problem. Our guide Jack was very informative during the whole trip, pointing out places of interest on the way there and back. Auschwitz-Birkenau is a trip I've wanted to do for years and it certainly didn't disappoint. I didn't think it would be appropriate for my 13 year old but he seems to have gotten as much out of the trip as I did. We will certainly talk about it for a long time. Thank you!

An incredibly well-managed tour from start to finish. The pickup and transfer from Krakow were seamless, saving us a lot of time and effort. The guide was extremely professional, engaging, and provided profound insights into the history of both camps.
