The experience itself is touching,the guide Ursula super knowledgeable and explains very well and answers every doubt or question you ask.I don't give 5 stars for the bad organization,the tour was for 6 a.m. so you could have half a day free,instead the day before it was moved to 12:30 p.m. so you had to change all the daily plans one made.Also I recommend the tour operator to write down the license plate number or bus number as at the same stop every 5 minutes a bus was coming to the same place and so I had to ask their guide if I was on their tour or not.

Very good planning. The guided tour was directly related to the main objectives of the concentration camp in Awshiwtz, which was achieved. But, in my humble opinion, it could include some details about those who were persecuted by Nazi. For instance , Jehovah's Witnesses. In the Holocaust memorial museum in Washington DC they received more spotlight by the importance of their act of courage. Incredible tour, incredible coach journey showing us a video to almost prepare you for what you are about to see. Thank you to J and the lady who showed us around that day. I did feel like the place itself should ban photography indoors all together - I found it bewildering that people wanted to take photographs of the victims hair, shoes and belongings and even the photographs of the victims. It's a resting place where emotions run extremely high when visiting - leave selfies behind.
