The organization was perfect! They moved our tour up by about an hour and a half, but we knew that could happen. Otherwise, the bus transfers and the tour itself were exceptionally well organized. In August, there are so many people, so the tour moves along a bit quickly. But our guide, Margherita—who spoke perfect Italian—led us with great professionalism, expertise, and deep respect. Needless to say, the tour was truly moving—we were moved to tears several times. Seeing those places in person—the children’s hair and shoes—stirs something deep inside you; it’s impossible to explain. We were so eager to take this tour that we recommend it to everyone! In fact, it should be mandatory for all schools.

To trip was well worth going and we learnt so much about all prisoners in the camps including the Russians. One real annoyance though. We booked a 8am trip but the day before were told to get to pick up at 05.05am. Frustrated to say the least. This seems to be a regular occurrence with feedback. So tourists beware.

The tour guide Marek Wlodarczyk was excellent, showing the care & thoughtfullness needed for such a dlicate subject. He showed style & grace throughtout both venues over many hours of the tour. Would heartily recomment it as a very worthwhile full day in Krakow.

A very well-organized tour. A German-speaking guide who was easy to understand and had a wealth of expertise. A comfortable ride in a clean, air-conditioned tour bus.

Everything was beautifully organized, the staff was very friendly, and the tour guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. We sincerely recommend it; we had a few minor issues, but everything was handled.

Apart from the time being changed the day before from 9am to 5:30am (it meant we had more time to see other things later on in the day) the rest of the tour was excellent. The organisation was good no problems with the pick up or drop off. Approaching Aschwich, as we entered the car park, you could feel the atmosphere shift into a quiet respectful silence. Walking through the grounds and brick blocks was deeply solemn and tough experience and anchored to the atrocities which people endured. An unforgettable experience which we should never forget. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable she explained everything in detail and looked after us well. A must see experience that you will never forget!

You can’t prepare yourself for the moment when you walk through that cursed gate with “Arbeit Macht Frei” written on it. You can’t prepare yourself for the rooms filled with hair, glasses, suitcases… every object was a PERSON. A name. A life that dreamed, loved, and hoped. At Birkenau, the silence screams. Those train tracks that end in nowhere… the endless barracks… the wind that still seems to carry the cries of over a million souls. I had a lump in my throat and bowed my head. Out of pain, out of helplessness, out of shame that one human being could do this to another. If you ever find yourself in Krakow, go there. It’s not tourism. It’s a lesson. A duty. So that we NEVER forget.

Very good organisation. Everything in the communication was clear and the transfer to Auschwitz was good. The tour was impressive of course, and it was nice to experience the humour of Pjotr in the bus afterwards. You will need that after your Auschwitz tour. Thanks for this.

It was clear and professional, and the guides at Auschwitz, as well as the bus driver, were professional and attentive. It was a great experience—thank you.
