We really loved the overall experience! The only downside that can be mentioned is the early start. If you read the comments section before making any reservation online, then you are aware that the hour you choose and the actual hour of the meeting are two completely different things 😄. Regarding that, the guys from the tour are completely professional about it, they wrote me in two different places about the change of the meeting time to make sure we are aware. Following with the good example was our tour organiser Philip. He was extremely helpful and kept us informed about everything going on. The quality of the bus was really nice and the ride was pretty enjoyable. About the place itself - it's something you have to see with your own eyes.

The drive there and back was perfect. Easy to find our driver and he accompanied us throughout the day. Everything went smooth my in terms of organisation. On site we got to visit a lot. Our guide though passionate and had a lot of knowledge, we felt was trying to rush us. We understand that we had only a certain amount of time to see everything but it slightly took away from what we were looking at. Which is historical and very gut wrenching. Other than that, the visit was of great quality. Our guide was very passionate on the subject and had a lot to explain. it was important for us to visit Auschwitz and to be able to continue our duty of remembrance.

I had a great experience with our driver, Daniel Grabalski, on my visit to Auschwitz today. He was excellent with communication and punctual. He set expectations about times and procedures throughout. Daniel is passionate, kind, funny, and very knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he does and the experience of the guests. Thanks to him, our group arrived second or third and was able to join an early tour, which made a huge difference on such a long and emotional day. Despite the cold and early start (2am), having Daniel as our guide made everything feel a bit easier. Highly recommend!
