Booked from Italy online without any problems. Paid online, a price that, in my opinion, was adequate for the offer and the place to visit. Unfortunately, there was no availability for a tour in Italian, but our English-speaking guide (which I understood) was wonderful. The trip was comfortable in a nice vehicle large enough for everyone. The driver was kind and good at driving. The organization in Auschwitz was perfect: a long, comprehensive tour, with extensive explanations and moments of reflection, which are needed here. The closing words of the visit by the guide were beautiful; unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but the organization can find her (visit on June 2, 2026 at 12:40 PM from Krakow). My comments, however, are that this work cannot be done differently here. The only flaw? You need to check that the meeting point for departure is the one booked, because for me it didn't match; many chats adequately resolved the problem, so watch out! Otherwise, everything else is fine.

Une excellente guide en français, nous a permis de bien comprendre le fonctionnement des camps . C'était très intéressant et bien que la visite dure longtemps, nous n'avons pas vu le temps passé. Ma fille dev16 ans a été captivée.

La visite est très bien menée et très rythmée ce lieu est un incontournable de la région. L'histoire est vraiment bien relatée par le guide. Un bémol dans la façon dont l'activité est présentée par le site, il faut être conscient que réserver une visite à 7h55 signifie un départ à 6h00 du matin de Cracovie.

Puntualità impeccabile e servizio organizzato molto bene. La guida ci ha raccolte al punto di ritrovo e siamo andate ad Auschwitz 1 poi in seguito al 2. Guida molto preparata però è entrata poco nei dettagli, la visita alla fine è durata un 'ora in meno di quanto dichiarato.

The whole experience from start to finish was flawless. We were emailed exact location pickup and change of time, pickup was on time. The driver and tour guide were excellent. Very informative and so helpful. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum was one of the most emotional and impactful experiences of my life. From the very beginning, everything was extremely well organized. The instructions we received before the tour were very clear and explicit, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The WhatsApp group that was created for the visitors was also incredibly helpful and made communication and organization much easier throughout the day. A special mention must go to our guide, Eugene, who was simply fantastic. During the bus journey from Kraków to Auschwitz, he gave us a brief but very informative overview of World War II, focusing especially on the devastation caused in Poland and in Kraków itself, where we were departing from. It gave important historical context before arriving at the memorial. Throughout the entire visit, Eugene was extremely professional and deeply emotional in the way he told the story. He managed to keep us completely captivated by every detail, balancing historical facts with humanity and sensitivity in a truly remarkable way. You could feel the respect and importance he carried in every explanation. Visiting Auschwitz is, in my opinion, an essential experience for anyone traveling to Poland. It is emotionally difficult and heartbreaking at times, but it is incredibly important to learn about history in the very place where it happened. It reminds us of the horrors of the past, helps ensure that we never forget, and reinforces the hope that such tragedies are never repeated again.
