We were taken care of from start to finish, with time to shop after the tour if we wished. Our guide was very good and spoke very, very good French.
A minor problem with the bus pick-up at the beginning. Once we arrived at the meeting point, we were given no instructions or information to help us identify our bus. Because yes, the meeting points are used by other groups who are also going to the same place.
Once the bus arrived, our names were called, but I would have liked to have been able to identify it or to have been warned of its arrival, on time or delayed.

The trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau was a deeply educational and moving experience. Walking around the historic buildings and areas where so many people suffered and lost their lives made a deep impression and got me thinking.
It wasn't just a tour - it was an important reminder of why we must never forget history. I am very grateful for the professional and respectful way the tour was conducted. The guide was knowledgeable, calm and managed to create the right atmosphere throughout the visit.

The guide, Blessed, in English, clear and precise and also emotionally involved since we are talking about monuments that are not playgrounds but actual cemeteries...
I must say that the system however nni Piave.
There is an overexploitation of the two poles, Auschwitz and Birkenau. You can visit them, unless you book 90 days in advance, only by guided tour. Expensive...too bad. the spirit of the holocaust should not allow the money machine created, and perhaps tolerated given the business it moves, to profit. Noni likes

Our guide Mario and driver Joe were fantastic. Mario provided a wealth of information in a way appropriate to the memorials visited. He was patient and thoughtful of all participants. The memorials themselves were solemn and well worthwhile seeing to observe the hate of the past. It's not the type of tour we would do again, but we are very glad we took the opportunity to do the tour, and thankful for our guide Mario, who also offered advice and recommendations of books from the Birhenau book shops.Varsha

The tour was systematically planned. Completely hassle free. The tour guides have good knowledge. The tour lasted for end to end 7 hours. We were picked up from Krakow at around 12.40pm and dropped back at 7.40pm. We were also given enough breaks in between the tour. But note that it is quite a walk at Birkenau, so please good walking shoes as it can be exhausting
