An excellent experience. Raj, our pilot and naturalist, was personable, knowledgeable, entertaining and safety conscious. He was diligent in scouting whales and other sea life for the excursion. Behind the counter staff were helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.

How professional and organized everything was. You did t have to think, just follow what was told to do. From the desk to the line up to the boat, instructions on the boat.... Thomas was so informative and interesting!! Our 13 year old just listened to him non stop and would forget to look out for the whales. I booked this at the last minute and def exceeded any expectations. And we saw so many whales!!! Glad they were respectful on their space as well so we could see them and know we were not interfering with them. I'm in the tourism industry and live here and had no idea how great this would be. I will definitely be promoting this tour! Hopefully, other naturalists you have on staff are as good as Thomas if he's not working.
