Important Information

• The rock climbing experience begins at 9 AM daily, and ends at 4 PM

• The experience may be canceled on the day before and on the scheduled date if heavy rain, flood, storm, or heavy snow warnings are issued in the area, or if the guide determines that it is dangerous

• Also, if transportation to the meeting place is suspended due to the weather, the tour may be suspended

• If the cancellation is decided on the day before the event, the representative will be notified by 6 pm the day before

• If there is no choice but to cancel due to sudden changes in weather after the event, the cancellation decision after 1 hour or more after the start of the tour will be deemed to have been held and ended as usual

• Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Also, carry drinks, backpacks, and lunch with you
